Description: I typically fly with larger airlines and take a few trips a year, but Allegiant's prices drew my attention. I went to the Austin office to get answers to my inquiries regarding travel documentation and check-in. I had a lot of novice questions, but the staff was incredibly courteous and treated me with respect. The woman behind the desk took her time and explained everything to me. To be honest, that kind of customer service increased my willingness to fly with Allegiant once more.
